The TGCV/NLSD Patients Association is composed of patients with this disease and their families, as well as individual volunteers who support the purpose of the TGCV/NLSD Patients Association. Our patient association was established in 2013 to support patients and their families by interacting and exchanging information with other members and conducting various educational activities through the patient association.

当患者会の主旨にご賛同いただき、入会を希望される方は、入会申込書に必要事項を記入のうえ、事務局までお問合せフォームまたはFAXでお送りください。お預かりした個人情報は、事務局にて適切に管理し、入会ご本人宛の各種通知などに利用いたします。ご本人の同意なく、もしくは利用範囲内を超えて個人情報を取り扱うことは一切ありません。
